By downloading, installing, or using the XploreVR app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.

2. About XploreVR

The XploreVR app provides access to immersive VR video content optimized for the Apple Vision Pro.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by local law) to use the app.
If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account and Subscriptions

  • Access to certain content may require a subscription or one-time purchase through the Apple App Store.

  • All payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled directly by Apple under the App Store terms.

  • We do not have access to your payment information or billing data.

5. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content

  • Use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Circumvent technical restrictions or DRM protections

6. Intellectual Property

All content available in the app, including videos, images, designs, and trademarks, is owned by XploreVR or its licensors.
By using the app, you do not acquire any ownership rights to this content.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the app only in a lawful manner and not to:

  • Interfere with other users or disrupt the operation of the app

  • Reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the app

  • Upload or distribute malware or harmful content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XploreVR shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

  • Issues caused by third-party services, including Apple’s infrastructure

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use, or

  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately end.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
